Three component Banana Chia Pudding recipe

This weekend at the concept seminar I stopped by the Chia Co booth as well as grabbed one of their tasty chia pudding samples. Banana Chia Pudding Camiseta Cruz Azul Recipe

{ gluten free, vegan, runner approved}

Ingredients:

1 RIPE banana

1/2 cup almond milk or milk of your choice

2 Tb. chia seeds

I utilized white chia seeds (well, that’s what it stated on the bundle however I couldn’t tell since I don’t see color).

It doesn’t matter what color you use, however you will see areas in the pudding if you utilize black (which are much more common). Chia seeds are offered at your regional health and wellness food store – including Trader Joe’s or online. These are the Chia Co seeds I have.

Directions: blend components in blender. set overnight in the refrigerator (or at least for 1 hour).
