I had a difficult morning since I discovered myself in Florida! Wait. That’s not the difficult part.

I flew out yesterday as well as got right here last night. For some reason I woke up at 4am eastern time, which is 1am California time?! I decided to just get up as well as wait on the sun to increase so I might run.

But, I don’t understand exactly how to utilize the coffee maker right here so I just paced back as well as forth stressing about life for a while up until I kept in mind I brought a lot of packets of Spark.

I usually take these mid-morning or early afternoon even though I feel like most people drink them pre-workout or in the morning instead of coffee. I changed it up out of necessity as well as it worked.

Moral of the story – the stimulate saved the day as well as assisted me rally / stall for two as well as a half hours before I got out to run.

After a great 8 miles I hit up Dunkin Donuts to get my coffee fix.

This evening I went to a rehearsal dinner for Jon as well as Corey who are getting married tomorrow! I feel like some people are always going to weddings, however I don’t have any type of good friends so this is an interesting weekend. The food was excellent as well as the weather condition is excellent too. Here’s hoping tomorrow as well as everyday after that will be awesome!
