Yesterday I drove as much as palm Springs for the new balance PS half Marathon. palm Springs is only 2 hours as well as away. It was Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Irán ideal since my finest good friend lives there so we organized a whole fun night before the race.
This was the starting point…
It was a BLAST in a glass. Whelp. That was not the very best choice. Damn Patron.
It was a l-o-n-g night!
We ended up at Ihop. Hey, I needed to get some additional carbs in before the race.
Two hours later Cindy as well as I had to get up as well as get prepared for the race. (That is when I dislike myself for staying out as well as drinking as well as la-di-da…)
Cindy ran the 5k as well as ROCKED it!
Palm Springs half Marathon
Course: Gorgeous! I had heard a few things about this race, however I feel like nobody does it justice when explaining the course. It is beautiful! The mountains as well as palm trees produce a backdrop behind significant mansions to start. It’s quite flat too.
Half Marathon results: 1:47:23
Overall: remarkable race. It Camiseta CF Monterrey was extremely well organized. I couldn’t pick up my bib up until this morning as well as I was in as well as out in a minute. lots of porta-potties, started on time. I desire there was much more aid stations – however that may just be since I was extremely hung over/dehydrated as well as my throat was scratchy the whole time.
Post-race we showered as well as headed back to the casino for the champagne Brunch. We got there at 11am, however they close from 11 to 11:30 to resent from breakfast to brunch. So, we had to wait 30 minutes as well as I was already very super hungry!! By the time we got to brunch I was prepared to make a dent in it.
And I did.
Sadly after brunch it was time to head home. Boo. I had such a fun time with Cindy! I’ll be back soon.
